A computer numeric controlled manufacturing process ensures precise specifications on all scaffold frames and components.  The scaffold is produced from aircraft grade drawn aluminum tubing with solid castings on all frames.  This combined with the exclusive hydraulically cold formed “Sure Grip” joint creates the strongest frame available (test results available upon request).

Our Aluminum Scaffold is interchangeable with most major brands of aluminum scaffolding, including UpRight * and Werner Aldek *.

All Aluminum Acaffold is in compliance with applicable ANSI, Federal and Cal OSHA regulations and must be assembled following the Scaffold Industry Association’s Code of Safe Practices (a copy of which may be viewed here and printed here).

Color-Coded Braces: Allow for immediate identification to ensure rapid assembly.

 

Brace Hooks with Automatic-Lock and Quick-Release:  225 degrees of Brace Hook contact allows for quick assembly and tear down while providing maximum scaffold strength under load.

 

Adjustable Leg-Lock System: Provides 12 inches of instant height adjustment.

Smaller adjustments made by rotating the knurled nut (shown in silver at the top of the caster).
