Leg Adjustment

Caster Locking and Unlocking

Safety Information: Before climbing any scaffold, make sure the scaffold is level and that all threaded leg locking collars (shown above) have been pushed all the way down past the safety locks.

Never climb or allow anyone else to climb a scaffold unless all leg adjustment mechanisms are in perfect working order.

Safety Information: Before climbing any scaffold, always lock all caster brakes.  Pushing the single lever down sets the caster brake - preventing both caster roll and swivel - and centers the caster under the scaffold frame for maximum scaffold rigidity.

Never roll the scaffold with people or tools on it.

Locking Hinges: Before climbing any scaffold, always verify spring-actuated latches (the working part of our folding bases) have moved into full locking position.

Never climb or allow anyone else to climb a scaffold unless all locking hinge spring-actuated latches are working properly.

Interlock Clips: When assembling scaffold frames, always verify the interlock clips are in the locked position. Never climb or allow anyone else to climb a scaffold unless all interlock clips are in the locked position.
